Help find Nijel Jay
HAYWARD, Calif.
-- Hayward Police Department seeks help to locate 34-year old Hayward resident Nijel Jay. On April 10, 2013, a family member reported that Nijel has not contacted family or friends since Sunday, April 7, 2013. Nijel has no known history of failing to contact family or friends. His family characterizes his disappearance as unusual and suspicious and is concerned something untoward has happened to him. The investigation indicates Nijel was last seen in Alameda on April 7, 2013 at approximately 11:00 p.m.
