FREMONT, Calif. -- President Obama signed the Affordable Care Act 2010 to provide comprehensive health reform for Americans and the US Supreme Court upheld it.

On November 19, 2012, Alex Briscoe, Director of Alameda County Health Care Services, will discuss how the Act affects the wellness of Alameda County residents and describe what additional changes will be implemented in the coming months. He will also provide an update on the development of Teen Health Centers for Fremont.
