SAVE Domestic Violence Counselor Training

Three times a year, SAVE (Safe Alternatives to Violent Environments) offers a 40 hour Domestic Violence Counselor Training. The training meets state guidelines, and completion of the training certifies you in the state of California as a Domestic Violence Counselor.

Training dates are: March 21, 28, April 4, 11, 18, 25, and May 2.
Please note that make-ups will not be available for any missed sessions. Attendance at all sessions is required for certification. The training costs $300. Accepted applicants who commit to volunteering for 100 hours over six months or longer can receive the reduced rate of $75. The training takes place in Union City.
