Fremont Football LeagueÕs regular season came to an end Saturday, November 16, 2013.
Following an exciting year, the American DivisionÊVikingsÊended with a prefect season
at 10-0, with a dominating defensive performance all year, shutting down the rest of the Division. In the championship game, the Bears rose to the challenge, but could not overcome the plethora of Viking weapons. Final score: Vikings 34, Bears 22.
In the Continental Division, the ColtsÊbeat the Chiefs 34-14Êas theyÊhave controlled the Division with basic fundamental football and great line play. Taking charge early in the game, The Colts never look back as their defense contained the Chiefs with good plays when they needed them.
The National Division championship provided the most exciting game of the day as the Falcons appeared to be well on their way to claim the title as they jumped out to 20-point lead, but the Bills put on the defensive game of the year as they shut down the Falcon offense in the second half, and finding an offensive groove, running up 22 points and winningÊ22-20.
