Halloween fun at Ardenwood

Halloween activities continue at Ardenwood Historic Farm with Halloween Hijinks with naturalist aide Mindy Castle from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, October 26. At 11 a.m. its time to roast pumpkin seeds in a wood-burning stove and at noon, apple cider pressing. Halloween crafts are at 1 p.m. and Halloween games at 2 p.m.
A pumpkin-carving clinic is scheduled from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday, October 27 led by naturalist aide Andrew Staley. Bring your own pumpkin or purchase one from the farm; the staff will provide some tools and guidance for your jack-o-lantern creation.
