Renew Landscape & Lighting District no. 3
Continued from June 25; adopt master fee schedule as amended including solid waste surcharge and recycling fees totaling $42.29 for fiscal year 2013-14.


City Manager Report
Authorize insurance of $600,000 special tax bonds on behalf of Community Facilities District No. 97-1


Successor Agency to Redevelopment Agency
Governor signed a budget trailer bill that will give the City more flexibility for reimbursement. A $33 million funding gap remains for the Dumbarton Rail project. Bay Area Rapid Transit's Warm Springs extension borrowed $95 million from Dumbarton Rail.

Mary Schlarb wanted to know more about the dispatch merger between Fremont and Union City. Mayor Dutra-Vernaci directed her to discuss the issue with Chief Foley.
