She has been missing from Hayward since February, 19, 2013. Samantha is a 29-year old female. She is 5'5" tall, weighs 230 lbs and has brown eyes and black hair. She is of Samoan descent. She was last seen in Hayward, wearing a white shirt, gray hooded sweater with blue jeans, black shoes and a red jacket over the gray sweater. She usually wears her hair in a bun.
