Submitted By Donna Krehbiel Alameda County Library Adult Literacy Write to Read program has Castro Valley tutors available now! Adults, 18 and over, who speak English well but want to improve their reading, spelling or writing in English, will work one-on-one with a personal tutor, at individual speed. Participants will set up times with their own tutor one or two times each week.
