November 13, 2012 > Officer involved shooting incident update Officer involved shooting incident update Submitted By Geneva Bosques, Fremont PD The Fremont Police Department is releasing the suspect's name in the officer involved shooting that occurred on Sunday, November 4, 2012 at approximately 11:00 p.m. on Central Avenue. The suspect, Dejuan Eaton, is a 37 year old San Jose resident. This incident continues to be an ongoing joint investigation between the Fremont Police Department Investigative Unit and the Alameda County District Attorney's Office.
