On October 19, 2012 at 07:46 a.m., the Milpitas Police and Milpitas Fire Department personnel were sent to Pinewood Park in Milpitas for a possible dead body. Police and Fire personnel arrived at the park and determined the male subject - adult Asian male wearing black sweatshirt, black pants, black hat, and white shoes - was deceased. At this time, foul play is not suspected. The Milpitas Police Department is working in conjunction with the Santa Clara County Coroner's Office to determine the cause of death.
