She then served as Regional President and Director of Wealth Management for the California Region of First Horizon before leaving to start Opes Advisors. McHan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Education from Hardin Simmons University, Texas. She is a member of Vistage International, The Women of Silicon Valley Donor Circle, National Association of Women's Business Leaders and the Financial Women's Association.
