October 2, 2012 > BART Police Log BART Police Log Submitted By Fremont PD September 23 Fremont Station At 12:10 a.m., a man reported that his Hybrid Schwinn 21-speed bicycle had been stolen from the west bicycle rack between 1130 a.m. on September 22 and 12:01 a.m. on September 23. The cable and combination lock with which the bicycle had been secured was also taken.
