Hong Kong seeks trading partners in Hayward
Submitted By Hayward Chamber of Commerce
More than $7 billion in exports flow from California to Hong Kong each year and this vital trade partner wants more. Jeff Leung, director of the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office in San Francisco will visit Hayward on September 20, 2012 to give the chamber an update on the latest developments in Hong Kong and how he has been working with California businesses. His office has a team that helps California companies start up in Hong Kong and that city is China's international asset management and offshore Renminbi ("RMB") business center.
The Hayward Chamber of Commerce has promoted trade with China and is sponsoring its third trip there in November 2012.
