California Mortgage Crisis in Review

Supervisor Nate Miley and the Alameda County Consumer Affairs Commission will host a conference to review the California Mortgage Crisis on June 23 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Castro Valley Library.
This is intended for anyone struggling to pay their mortgage, facing foreclosure or who has already lost their home to foreclosure. Learn how the recent National Mortgage Settlement can help.
Representatives from the following organizations will be present to answer questions - Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, California State Bar Association, J P Morgan Chase, Operation Hope, Associated Real Property Brokers, Asian Real Estate Association of America, National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, California Department of Real Estate, Bank of America and NID Housing Counseling Agency.
