Authorize a two-year agreement with Alameda County Health Care Services Agency in the amount of $450,000 for development of Tri-Cities Youth and Family Opportunity Hubs.
Authorize an agreement with the Federal Supportive Housing Program for homeless outreach in the amount of $280, 146.
Appoint the firm of Macias Gini & O'Connell LLP as independent auditor for the City. Contract for three years and additional one-year extensions for two additional years.
