April 3, 2012 > Dumbarton Express meeting Dumbarton Express meeting Submitted By AC Transit On Wednesday, April 11, 2012, the AC Transit Board of Directors will hold a public hearing on the proposed expansion and restructuring of the Dumbarton Express bus service, which operates in the communities of Union City, Fremont, Newark, Menlo Park, East Palo Alto and Palo Alto. The hearing will take place at 5:00 p.m. at AC Transit, 1600 Franklin Street, Oakland. Public comments may be submitted anytime before the close of the hearing (on April 11), by email, phone, fax or mail, or comment at the hearing itself. The proposed changes include 1) Route and schedule changes to Line DB, including revising and extending the line onto the Stanford campus and 2) Route adjustments, and significantly-increased service frequency, on Line DB1 (from two to three buses per hour).
