She was born in San Leandro on May 6, 1975 to William and Jeannette Frary. Julie is survived by her mother Jeannette Frary of Fremont, CA, brother Bill Frary, II of Fremont, CA, and half-sister Lynnette Frary of Novato, CA. She will be remembered for her love of youth and animals.
