Steven Petrakovitz, Milpitas PD On December 1 at 06:05 a.m., police and fire personnel were sent to a residence on Larkwood Court on a report that a child was not breathing. Police officers arrived in less than three minutes and started CPR. Officers were unable to revive the child and the child was pronounced deceased a short time later. Milpitas police department is working with the Santa Clara County Coroner's office to determine the cause of death.
