Artisan Chocolate Demonstration

Master chocolatier Oscar Baile demonstrates how to temper chocolate and create truffles. Baile, whose chocolates are top award-winners at the Napa and San Francisco Chocolate Salons, learned the art of chocolate in Venezuela and at UC Davis and the Notter School of Pastry Arts in Florida. He is also a Certified Food Safety Manager.
