October 4, 2011 > Rabbit adoption Rabbit adoption Submitted By Christina Gin The Tri-City Shelter and Hayward Animal Shelter host a rabbit adoption event every second Saturday of the month at Fremont Pet Food Express from noon until 3 p.m. This is the ideal opportunity to have questions about rabbits and rabbit care answered. Owners can take their bunnies for a nail trim or to be matched with a compatible bunny companion. Everyone is welcome at this event and to pet the bunnies to help socialize them.
