Bill Veteran, Fremont PD On September 5th, at about 11 p.m., 21-year-old Diane Kwon was found dead by a passer-by in a parking lot to the rear of 3950 Mowry Avenue (formerly Barnes and Noble) in Fremont. Kwon was located near her vehicle, a black 2003 Honda Accord 4dr. The cause of death has yet to be determined. The Fremont Police Department is treating the death as "suspicious."
