Mike Wallace appointed Fremont Bank board chairman
July 6 - Fremont Bank has announced the appointment of Mike Wallace as the bank's new chairman of the board replacing Alan Hyman who has served in that position since 2006. Hyman, who has been with Fremont Bank since 1975, will become vice chairman. He has also previously served as the bank's vice chairman, executive vice president, and president.
"The history of Fremont Bank is synonymous with the more than 40 years of leadership Mike Wallace and Alan Hyman have given our clients, staff and community," said Fremont Bank's Executive Vice President Howard Hyman. "Both have embraced lifelong learning and guidance, with different styles, but always in concert with each other and acting in the best interest of Fremont Bank. We support Alan's decision to move into the vice chairman role and look forward to Mike's leadership."
