Theriault, Executive Director and co-founder of Family Service of the Tri-Cities retired June 1, 2011. Theriault has been the Executive Director since the agency was founded in April 1997. Gale Heater, a licensed Marriage, Family and Child Therapist in Fremont for over 20 years was selected to assume the position Family Service of the Tri-Cities is a non-profit outpatient mental health agency providing services to the Tri-City communities for 14 years.
