Officer Smith investigated a robbery in which a suspect hit the victim with a rock as he ripped a necklace from her neck. The suspect, described as a 19-year-old Black male adult wearing a black hoodie and black pants, was barking like a dog as he beat the victim. The victim did not require medical aid.
