June 10, 2011 > Sexual Abuse suspect in custody Sexual Abuse suspect in custody Submitted By Lieutenant Kelly Musgrove, Union City PD On June 1, 2011, Raphael Mosqueda was remanded into custody at the Fremont Hall of Justice. Mr. Mosqueda, a Union City resident, was out of custody on bail for an unrelated crime against a child; however, new allegations have arisen from an additional victim. The Union City Police Department has reason to believe that there may be more victims and would like anyone with information to contact Detective Roberta Paul or Sergeant Jared Rinetti at (510) 471-1365.
