June 3, 2011 > Police seek clues in missing person case Police seek clues in missing person case Submitted By Lieutenant Roger Keener, Hayward PD May 31 - Hayward Police continue to investigate the disappearance of Michelle Le, a nursing student from an evening class at Hayward's Kaiser Hospital. There have been no significant developments in the case and investigators are searching for evidence to explain how and why she vanished, retracing Michelle's living and social patterns and interviewing friends, former friends, coworkers, and neighbors. Although some persons questioned are considered "persons of interest," no one has been charged with any crime and no one is in custody. Michelle is still classified as a missing person although her disappearance is highly irregular. Investigators are not yet certain a crime is involved.
