Suspect in Niles robbery arrested, another identified

Police have arrested one suspect and identified the second in the robbery of a Niles District auto parts store. The incident happened on Wednesday, April 13 at Don's Antique Auto Parts located on Niles Boulevard. The suspects robbed the business owner at gunpoint of several hundred dollars and the owner's wallet. One of the suspects assaulted the victim before both fled the business. The owner was not seriously injured but was hospitalized briefly for injuries to his face and head.
Pe'Air Durham, age 20, of Fremont, was arrested Thursday night, April 28 on Tamayo Street, near Fremont Boulevard. The second suspect, Hossain Hashemi Moghddam, of Fremont is still at large. Moghddam is described as a 33-year-old man with short dark hair and brown eyes, 5'10", weighing 175 pounds.
