On Saturday morning, April 23 at about 10:30 a.m. Officers Morales found copper wire, a small quantity of a suspected controlled substance and drug paraphernalia in a white-colored 1998 Dodge Ram van. The copper wire was stolen from the building. 49-year-old Milpitas resident, Bart Anthony Roby and 50-year-old Castro Valley resident Joanne Richards were arrested for burglary, possession of stolen property, conspiracy, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and felony vandalism. Roby was also arrested for possession of burglary tools. Both suspects were booked into the Santa Clara County Main Jail.
