Televisions, monitors, laptops, flat screens, cell phones and ink jet cartridges can be recycled without charge. There is a fee of $5 for CPUs, Stereos, telephones, printers, copiers, DVD players, fax machines, hard drives, VCRs, motherboards and video games.
