April 8, 2011 > Thriving Legacy mural Thriving Legacy mural The Barbara Lee Senior Center Mural, "Thriving Legacy," has been completed. This mural, created by artist Adrian Litman, commemorates and celebrates members of the community who have made significant contributions to the City of Milpitas. "Thriving Legacy" is located at the front entrance of the Barbara Lee Senior Center, 40 N. Milpitas Boulevard.
