Saturday night marks the sixth anniversary of showing films 51 Saturday nights of the year at the Edison Theater in Niles:
We have two ways to celebrate:
The Three Musketeers with Douglas Fairbanks The Three Musketeers (1921, Douglas Fairbanks Pictures) Douglas Fairbanks went all out to provide the proper atmosphere of 17th century France for this action drama based on the Alexandre Dumas novel; Fairbanks shines in the role of D'Artagnan, setting a high mark for the many remakes to follow. Judy Rosenberg will be on piano, with shorts: Felix Woos Whoopee (1928, Sullivan) Felix the Cat; The Musketeers of Pig Alley (1912, Biography) Elmer Booth, Lillian Gish; All Aboard (1917, Rolin) Harold Lloyd, Bebe Daniels.

Mighty Uke (2009) Born in Hawaii in the 1880's, the ukulele was so easy to play that by the 20's, it was the most popular instrument in the American home. But then the rise of the rock and roll guitar pushed the Uke into nerdy obscurity... until now! In the Internet age, the Uke is making a comeback; a new generation is rediscovering a unique musical voice. Mighty Uke travels the world to chronicle the amazing comeback of a musical underdog.
