December 17, 2010 > Pedestrian hit by car dies
A pedestrian, crossing Alvarado-Niles Road outside of the crosswalk, was hit by a car travelling westbound on Alvarado-Niles Road. The incident happened on Tuesday, December 14 at approximately 8:29 p.m. near Alvarado-Niles Road and Union Square Drive. The pedestrian was transported to Eden Hospital where she later died. At this time, the identity of the pedestrian is not being released pending notification of family. The case is under investigation. |
