December 14, 2010 > New Chipotle restaurant opens in Union City New Chipotle restaurant opens in Union City Submitted By Andrea Jackson Chipotle Mexican Grill is the newest addition to Union Landing Shopping Center, Union City, and opens Thursday, December 16, daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. The restaurant is committed to sourcing 50 percent of at least one of its produce items from small and mid-sized local farms. Among other items, the new Union City Chipotle will source cilantro and romaine lettuces from Taylor Farms (Salinas) and jalapenos from Abbate Farms (Merced).
