The incident happened on Friday, December 3. The subject suffered massive injuries. He was transported to Eden Hospital by ambulance and passed away while en route. Commercial Burglary Fremont Police are looking for suspects involved in a commercial burglary. The incident was reported on 401 Kato Terrace on Friday, December 3. A roll-up door was smashed and the exterior door was open when police arrived. Suspects had fled from the scene. No description of the suspects is available so far. However, a review of surveillance video shows a suspect vehicle as a gold colored 4-door sedan, possibly a Honda Accord. The case is under investigation.
