December 7, 2010 > Assault with a deadly weapon Assault with a deadly weapon Submitted By Sergeant Daryl Sequeira, Milpitas PD Milpitas Police have arrested three suspects for assaulting a 27-year-old male who was treated at a local hospital for a laceration on the back of his head. The incident happened last week on Tuesday afternoon, November 30, when a police officer saw a disturbance on the 1100 block of Columbus Drive near Sandalwood Park. Multiple subjects were in the area when the assault victim, a San Jose resident, suffering from the head injury was located. Police have identified the suspects involved in the assault. Two are 18-year-old San Jose residents and the third a 15-year-old Milpitas resident; their names are not being released at this time.
