October 26, 2010 > Suspect arrested in possession of stolen property Suspect arrested in possession of stolen property Photo Courtesy of Milpitas PD Milpitas Police have arrested 33-year-old Dustine Shamir Coulter for stealing an Apple iPad and a Dell laptop computer from a vehicle parked in the 1600(b) section of Tahoe Dr., in Milpitas. Coulter was arrested during a traffic stop at Dempsey Road for theft and also for driving on a suspended drivers' license. He was booked into the Santa Clara County Jail.
