Newark man dies of stab wounds
Newark Police found two men suffering from stab wounds near Olive Street and Thornton Avenue.
The incident happened on Sunday morning, October 17. Both were taken to Eden hospital. According to Commander Bob Douglas, Newark PD, one of the victims, a 25-year-old Newark resident, was pronounced dead at the hospital. The second is recovering from the incident. Newark Police are continuing their investigation and have no suspects or motive for the incident at this time. The name of the deceased has been withheld pending notification of next of kin.
