Police seek help finding suspect

Fremont Police are asking for the public's help in finding the suspect who robbed Fremont Bank on Mission Boulevard. "The suspect is described as: Black male adult, dark skin, 5'7" - 5'10," 22-26 years, 'corn-row' style hair (long) with a black 'wave cap,'" said Detective Michael Gebhardt, Fremont PD.

According to Detective Bill Veteran, Fremont PD, the suspect passed a note announcing the robbery. After getting the money from the teller he fled the bank and was last seen running through the parking lot. "No one was hurt during the robbery, nor was a weapon seen," said Detective Veteran. Anyone with information on the suspect's identity is urged to call (510) 790-6954. Persons providing information can remain anonymous.
