October 15, 2010 > Armed Robbery Armed Robbery Submitted By Detective Bill Veteran, Fremont PD An armed robbery was reported at an ARCO gas station last weekend on Fremont Boulevard. The suspect held a pistol to the clerk's head and demanded cash. However, the clerk was so nervous he was unable to open the register. The frustrated suspect stole the cash register's key and took a customer's purse before fleeing the store. The store suffered no loss. The suspect is described as a Black male adult, 6 feet tall, medium build and was last seen wearing blue jeans and "shiny" black and white shoes.
