Suspects arrested for forgery and drug violations

Two parolees were arrested for possession of drugs and burglary tools. The suspects have been identified as Brian Timothy Allie and Scott Barber. Milpitas Police located the suspects at the Executive Inn hotel located at 95 Dempsey Road by a computer check. A concealed "butterfly" knife and several counterfeit bills were also found along with drug paraphernalia, multiple printers and evidence relating to counterfeiting and burglary tools. "Stolen property was also located which was later linked to a recent auto burglary in Milpitas," said Sergeant Daryl Sequeira, Milpitas PD.
Brian Allie was arrested and booked for forgery, drug paraphernalia, possession of an illegal knife and his parole violation. Scott Barber was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, burglary tools and parole violation. Both suspects were transported and booked into the Santa Clara County Main Jail.
