October 1, 2010 > Armed robbery at Newark Pizza Armed robbery at Newark Pizza By Meenu Gupta Newark Police are looking for two suspects in connection with an armed robbery last week at Newark Pizza located at 7084 Jarvis Avenue. According to Commander Robert Douglas, Newark PD two white males in their twenties robbed the restaurant. Their faces were covered and they both were armed with guns. One of the suspects struck an employee on the face with his fist. Both suspects fled the business through the rear door after taking money from the cash register. Officer Allum is investigating the case.
