September 24, 2010 > Auditions for theatre/dance performances Auditions for theatre/dance performances Anyone interested in performing in a Cal State University East Bay (CUSEB) theatre or dance performance in the next nine months should mark their calendar for Tuesday, September 28. That is when general auditions for most shows will be held in the University Theatre on the CSUEB campus in Hayward. Callbacks for fall shows will be September 29-30. Follow-up auditions for winter and spring shows will be October 5, and follow-up callbacks for winter and spring shows will be October 7. Fall shows are "Xtigone" and "Scroogie." Winter and spring shows will be "A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum;" "Seven Deadly Sins;" and "Sins, Taboos, and Other Bodily Delights." Any person wishing to audition should contact the performance director for preparation instructions.
