September 10, 2010 > Shoplifting suspects arrested Shoplifting suspects arrested Submitted By Commander Robert Douglas, Newark PD Two suspects, both Hayward residents, were arrested for shoplifting. On Sunday September 5, Safeway employees called to report multiple suspects shoplifting meat from the store. The suspects fled before the Police arrived but Officer Neithercutt located two of the suspects later that day at the E-Z-8 Motel.
