September 7, 2010 > Milpitas Crime Beat Milpitas Crime Beat Submitted By Courtesy of City of Milpitas Commercial burglary suspect arrested Two suspects were arrested for stealing tools and other items from a vacant building located at 300 (B) Los Coches Street. Police officers found the suspects stripping materials from the business. A 36-year-old San Jose resident and 40-year-old Milpitas resident were arrested on Tuesday, August 24, while attempting to leave the scene in a car. They were in possession of stolen property from the location. Both were booked into the Santa Clara County Jail for possession of stolen property, possession of burglary tools, probation violation, and for being under the influence of a controlled substance. Suspects arrested for possession of a controlled substance Approximately 58 grams of methamphetamine and over $1,300.00 in U.S. currency was seized from a residence located at 300 (B) La Honda Drive. Two suspects were arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia for sale.
