August 17, 2010 > Fremont Crime Report Fremont Crime Report Submitted By Courtesy of Fremont Police Department Man arrested for misdemeanor at Central Park A male suspect was contacted at Central park after citizens reported him acting "inappropriately" and groping himself near the Water Park. Officer Zargham arrested a 23-year-old for outstanding misdemeanor warrants. Woman arrested for possession of drugs A vacant house became a favorite place for squatters and drug users. The homeowner called the police when he returned home to find a lady in his house. The suspect walked out of the home and the victim followed while updating the police over the phone. The 27-year-old woman was arrested for trespassing and possession of syringes. Bike stolen at BART A suspect attempted to steal a bicycle, but was confronted by the bike's owner at the Fremont BART Station. An altercation ensued and the thief ran off. The suspect was located by Officers Foster, Snyder and Butcher who used a Taser to subdue him.
