Clarise Lew, Fremont Police Department Fremont Police Department along with the Elephant Bar restaurant is hosting a Law Enforcement "Tip A Cop" night benefiting Special Olympics. A group of Fremont Police Officers will volunteer their time on Wednesday, June 9 to assist the staff at the restaurant. Officers will greet restaurant patrons and serve food and drinks as envelopes are passed around for donations. Tip-A-Cop is a joint effort of Police, FBI, California Highway Patrol and sheriff's department personnel.
