June 1, 2010 > Union City Police Report Union City Police Report Courtesy City of Union City On Thursday, May 20, a burglary was reported at a residence on 7th Street. While one of the suspects was spotted by the Police, the other managed to escape. Witnesses positively identified the detained suspect. Also on Thursday evening, officers responded to the Crown Plaza Hotel on a disturbance report. Officers detained a motorcycle gang member who was intoxicated and causing a disturbance. He was subsequently arrested for public intoxication and resisting a peace officer. On Sunday evening, May 23 officers investigated a burglary that occurred at VAB/Mulit Incorporated located on Faber Street. In this case, unknown suspects gained entry into the business and stole microchips with a value over $60,000. This case is under investigation.
