The arrest was made at about 6:35 p.m. at 432 Great Mall. Officers arrested Tabari Asim Presberry, a 27-year-old man on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol. The arrest was made at about 1 a.m. at 50 Ranch Drive. Officers arrested Erick Venegas, a 19-year-old man on charges of vandalism and defacing, damaging, or destroying someone else's property. The arrest was made at about 10:51 p.m. at the 262 block of Selwyn Park. Officers responded to a commercial burglary in the laundry room, where several washers and dryers were broken into and the coin boxes were opened. The incident occurred at about 5 p.m. at the Aspen Village Apartments located at the 81 Mihalakis Street. Monday, May 3 Officers arrested Rodney A. Neal, a 52-year-old man on charges of criminal threats, assault and battery against a peace office. The arrest was made at about 9:22 a.m. at 37 North Milpitas Boulevard. Officers arrested Kyle E. Casey, a 36-year-old man on charges of domestic violence. The arrest was made at about 2 a.m. at 30 Ranch Drive. Officers arrested Lenea Lam, a 38-year-old female on charges of domestic violence. The arrest was made at about 2 a.m., at 30 Ranch Drive. Officers responded to a report of a juvenile having been assaulted at the Cardoza Park off Kennedy Drive. The incident occurred at about 2 p.m. The victim was a 16-year-old male who was approached by four Hispanic teenagers between the ages of 18-20. He was badly beaten, with bruises, a bump on the head, a swollen eye, and required stitches. The victim was taken to the Regional Medical Center in San Jose. The incident is under investigation. Officers responded to a report of a stolen car from Best Value Inn located at 485 South Main Street. The stolen car was a 1999 blue Toyota, Corolla.
