The arrest was made at about 11:20 p.m. at the 310 San Petra Ct. Friday, April 30 Officers arrested David Rice, a 42-year-old male on charges of domestic violence. The arrest was made at about 7:35 p.m. at the 317 Junipero Drive. Officers arrested Brian Desoto, a 43-year-old male on charges of elder abuse. The arrest was made at about 6:41 p.m. at the 185 Ethyl Ct. Officers arrested Mary Jane Valiao-Camero, a 37-year-old female on charges of spouse abuse. The arrest was made at about 1:56 p.m. at the 360 Cypress Drive. Saturday, May 1 Officers arrested Jacqueline Richardson, a 26-year-old female on charges of petty theft with priors. The arrest was made at about 2:35 p.m. at the Great Mall Drive. Officers arrested James Miller, a 24-year-old male on charges of narcotic drugs and possession of marijuana.
