April 30, 2010 > Animal Reiki Animal Reiki Submitted By Kelly Grant Humane Society Silicon Valley (HSSV) presents an "Introduction to Animal Reiki" course. This class is for all animal lovers who are interested in learning about how Reiki can not only help deepen their relationship with the animals in their lives but also promote healing on physical and emotional levels. The basic history and elements of Reiki will be discussed as well as the differences between Reiki for people and Reiki for animals. All participants will receive the Animal Reiki Code of Ethics, an Introduction to Animal Reiki, a recommended reading and Reiki resource list and the book "Animal Reiki: Using Energy to Heal the Animals in Your Life," written by Kathleen Prasad and Elizabeth Fulton.
